* بر پایه اعتقادات دینی و ملی ، همواره تلاش می کنیم وظیفه میزبانی را در عالی ترین سطح آن از طریق وفاداری به قوانین ، رعایت استاندارد های هتلی و تامین انتظارات و نیازهای به حق میهمانان به انجام برسانیم.

* بر ترویج فرهنگ و ارزشهای اسلامی ، تکریم میهمانان ، پاسخگویی ، امانت داری ، تامین خواست انتظارات بهداشتی میهمانان ، اطلاع رسانی ، انتقاد پذیری ، وقت شناسی ، وظیفه شناسی ، آراستگی ظاهری ، گذشت ، دوستی و مهربانی با میهمانان هتل اصرار می ورزیم.

* کلیه اطلاعات و اسرار مربوط به میهمانان را که از طریق تماس های اجتناب ناپذیر حاصل میشوند ، کاملاً محرمانه تلقی می کنیم و از بیان آن حتی در کانون خانواده اجتناب می ورزیم.
